**Position Summary**:
Ainsworth is currently looking for a Biller/ Reconciler to join our Dartmouth team. The role will be responsible for completing all administrative functions required to reconcile work orders for completion through to the pre-invoice stage. Ensures all data is appropriately captured in each work order prior to closure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate invoices and distribution to customers
- Verification of margins on work performed.
- Entry of invoices in Customer portals.
- Process and monitor material credits.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations.
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality System operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Support primary Customer Administrator.
- Enter new Preventative Maintenance Contracts and supporting data in JDE.
- On a monthly basis renew existing contracts.
- Update contracts in JDE as needed.
- Gather, collate and analyze activity data and make recommendations to support continued KPI development and improvements.
- Supports the Regional Dispatch or other shared services teams as required to ensure understanding of contracts and internal & external client needs are met.
- Generate Preventative Maintenance work orders and assign to Technicians.
- Ensure costs are accounted for on Preventative Maintenance work order.
- Close completed work orders to trigger the generation of invoices.
- Distribute invoices to customers and update customer portals as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma in a related field and at least one year of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient computer skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external individuals.
- A proven systematic and organized approach to multi-tasking.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
- Working knowledge of the English language both written and oral.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Professional, friendly, exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Provides service to both internal and external customers.
- Requires statistical and analytical knowledge using general business and mathematical skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret and variety of instructions furnished in written oral, diagram or schedule form.
