We are hiring a Delivery Driver to join our production team. If you are energetic, a self-starter and enthusiastic about craft beer, we invite you to join our team

For the right person, this job could become a full-time brewery production/delivery position with on the job training.

As a Beer Delivery Driver, you are responsible for transporting Howe Sound Brewing Company products from our facility in Squamish to our customers in the Lower Mainland, and Sea to Sky region. Trips to Vancouver Island occur monthly also.

Schedule:

- 8-10 hour shifts
- 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, year round. (room to expand)

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Sales Coordinator to develop the most efficient delivery routes.
Deliver goods to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Organizing, preparing, and loading products for delivery
- Ensuring the delivery truck is clean and maintained in good working order.
- Assisting with other breweries duties when deliveries are complete
- Pick up any returned products from accounts and communicate details to coworkers and supervisors
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess Class 5 Drivers license with a good driving abstract
- Experience driving a 3 or 5 ton Truck, or Sprinter Van is required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and consistently is required
- Excellent knowledge of Sea to Sky Region and Lower Mainland
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Possess an energetic, positive, personable attitude and a love for craft beer
- Strong time management and organizational skills required

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of pallet jack experience
- 1+ years of forklift experience
- Delivery and/or customer service experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
