**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the performance of financial P&L objectives
- Experience and/or comfort building relationships and leading all functions of a business team - sales, marketing, product management, operations, EHS and engineering
- Setting and implementing the vision for the business team and defining the organic and inorganic strategy
- Successful integration of on-going acquisitions and continuing to look for new inorganic bolt-on targets
- Establishing global sales channels through existing and new customers; as well as partner networks
- Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies to deliver exponential growth, profitability, and company value
- Effectively leading day-to-day operations excellence including manufacturing, engineering, product management, marketing, and sales and in coordination with other, complementary Precision and Science Technologies platforms within Ingersoll Rand
- Attracting, retaining, and developing world-class talent
- Cultivating a high-performing, engaged, inclusive, ownership-mindset culture
- Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy and strategic objectives
- Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales and production
- Reporting updates to the PST and IR leadership team regarding progress on strategic goals and KPIs
- Successfully lead lean manufacturing and IRX processes.
- Building effective, strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Being the internal and external public champion for the business
- Other assignments as requested.

**Qualification**
- 10+ years of general management, sales, or operational leadership experience in an established industrial manufacturer; preferably with P&L responsibilities in the Agritech Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of building new products and high performing teams from the ground up
- Experience in managing multiple corporate stakeholders
- Travel required
- Must have the ability to speak, write and read at advanced level in both French and English.

- Responsable des performances liées aux objectifs financiers P&L
- Être à l’aise ou confortable dans l'établissement de bonnes relations de travail et savoir gérer toutes les sphères d’une entreprise - ventes, marketing, gestion de produits, opérations, EH&S et ingénierie
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la vision de l'équipe commerciale et définir la stratégie organique et inorganique.
- S’assurer que les Intégrations soient réussies pour les acquisitions en cours et poursuivre la recherche de nouvelles cibles inorganiques
- Établir des canaux de vente mondiaux par le biais de nos clients existants et nos nouveaux clients, ainsi que par nos réseaux de partenaires
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies évolutives et efficaces pour assurer une croissance exponentielle, une croissance de la rentabilité tout en maximisant les valeurs de l'entreprise.
- Diriger efficacement les opérations quotidiennes, y compris la fabrication, l'ingénierie, la gestion des produits, le marketing et les ventes, tout en coordonnant d’autre plates-formes de la _division Precision and Science
