- Proficient in polishing and sanding techniques
- High attention to detail and drive to achieve “better than before” expectations
- High drive and urgency of action
- Able to work in a team environment and take direction form production manager
- Team oriented mentality
- Other duties as assigned

Below is also a list of skills/qualifications that would also be helpful for this position:

- Clean Drivers’ abstract, Class 5 Drivers’ License
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of computers
