**JOB SUMMARY**

This position is a part of the Broadcast Technical team responsible for ensuring the continuity of broadcast and audio-visual operations at Woodbine Racetrack and across Woodbine Entertainment’s properties. This includes troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of broadcast, transmission, audio-visual, broadcast IT and related equipment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of broadcast, audio-visual and related equipment
- Recommending procurement of materials needed to maintain and improve the Broadcast department
- Maintenance, distribution and installation of televisions throughout our properties

**Key Success Factors**:

- Technical Broadcast experience, online and social experience is a considerable asset
- NTSC and ATSC broadcast technical standards
- Familiarity with broadcast production
- Wiring for video, audio, intercom and RF
- Advanced organization, verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills required on a regular basis
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team
- Post-secondary diploma or certification in television technology or a related field

**Working Conditions**:

- Able to work shift work, days, afternoons, weekends and holidays
- Travel between Woodbine, Mohawk and other corporate properties as required
