We have three distinct business lines (retail, specialty bikes and distribution). In addition to our strong retail presence, we provide support to clients across Canada to keep them wheeling. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**What are we looking for?**
We are looking to add the right human who enjoys the satisfaction of helping people remain active by finding them the right bike and providing top notch bike repairs and bike support. Our ideal guru would have a couple years of wrenching experience and a level of comfort with bike sales (in person and virtual).

**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance and specialty bicycles
- Assemble components of medical devices as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.

**Experience**
- **Proven**mechanical knowledge (bikes or associated industries) with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals is essential for troubleshooting purposes.
- Previous experience in a dealership or similar environment is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Experience working with hand tools is required; additional certifications in relevant fields are advantageous.
