**Position Details**: Drive the morning and/or afternoon route on days the students are in school.
**Route**: Pick up students within the School Catchment area as assigned, various Moose Jaw city routes.
**Duties**: The primary goal of a Bus Driver is the safe, efficient, and punctual transportation of students. Days not assigned to driving a route, you will be assigned in the Moose Jaw Transportation department shop to refuel buses, wash/clean buses and perform other duties as assigned.
**Education & Qualifications**:
Valid Class drivers license
School Bus Endorsement training will be provided to successful applicants
A clean drivers abstract as determined by the sole discretion of the Board
Satisfactory results from a medical examination in accordance with Board procedure and The Highway Traffic Act
Related training such as courses in first aid, defensive driving, or heavy equipment operation would be considered an asset
**Wage & Benefits**: Prairie South School Division offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The rate of pay is determined by the route length.
