**Full time Customer Service Representative**

Maritime Sleep Clinic has an exciting opportunity for an Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking individual to be a first point of contact for our patients in our Moncton location.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Answer an manage incoming phone calls
- Process billing for patients
- prepare claim forms for health insurance
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Other administrative support as required
- Must be patient focused and very positive and good client supporting skills

**Qualifications**
- A diploma in Medical Administration, Office Assistant or the equivalent 2-3 years of experience in concerned fields.
- Must have Microsoft office and excel experience
- Able to multi task and manage shifting priorities
- Exceptional organization & time management skills
- Outstanding communication and written skills

**Salary**
- To be discussed based on experience
