**Technicien de laboratoire en électronique**
Taiga est une entreprise de fabrication de véhicules électriques hors route qui connaît une croissance rapide. Elle étend ses activités de conception et de développement afin de répondre à la forte demande prévue pour ses produits dans le secteur en pleine expansion des sports motorisés électriques. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un technicien de laboratoire électronique enthousiaste pour compléter l'entretien, la réparation et le dépannage de tous les appareils électroniques qui équipent nos motoneiges et nos motomarines.
**Responsabilités**:
- Travailler avec l'équipe matérielle et logicielle sur l'intégration des systèmes et le débogage des circuits imprimés.
- Assembler, tester et dépanner les prototypes électromécaniques, les circuits imprimés, les faisceaux de câbles et les sous-ensembles mécaniques.
- Maintenir les unités prototypes avec des mises à jour logicielles, des réparations mécaniques et le suivi de toutes les réparations et modifications effectuées sur les unités.
- Responsable de l'organisation du laboratoire d'ingénierie et du maintien du matériel et de l'inventaire du laboratoire.
- Commander des composants et des matériaux pour la fixation des prototypes et des assemblages ou toute réparation générale nécessaire dans les limites de l'électronique et des équipements de laboratoire connexes.
- Recommander des améliorations aux processus, à la technologie et aux interfaces afin de renforcer l'efficacité de l'équipe.
- Créer et mettre à jour des procédures de laboratoire, lire des schémas, dépanner et utiliser des équipements de test électronique.
- Construire le câblage, les montages d'essai et effectuer des soudures/dessoudures.
**Exigences**
- Diplôme de technicien/technologue en électronique ou équivalent
- Au moins 2 ans dans une industrie de services ou un environnement de laboratoire connexe.
- Grande capacité de réflexion critique et de communication
- Capacité à fonctionner sous la pression des délais, et capacité à se concentrer sur le travail pour réparer les articles urgents.
- Maîtrise de MS Excel et de Jira.
- Capacité à utiliser Ki-cad, SolidWorks ou un logiciel similaire de saisie de schémas et de 3D
- Connaissance des schémas électriques, des nomenclatures et des composants SMD.
- Expérience de l'équipement de test électronique, y compris le multimètre, l'alimentation, l'oscilloscope et le générateur de fonctions.

**Electronics Lab Technician**
Taiga is a rapidly scaling off-road electric vehicle manufacturing company, expanding our design and development operations to accommodate the anticipated strong demand for our products within the newly growing electric motor-sport industry. We are seeking an eager Electronics Lab Technician to supplement the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all of the electronics that go into our Snowmobiles and Watercrafts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with hardware and software team on system integration and debugging of PCBs
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot, electro-mechanical prototypes, PCBs, wiring harnesses, mechanical sub-assemblies.
- Maintain prototype units with software updates, mechanical repairs, and status-tracking of any repairs and changes done to the units
- Responsible for organizing engineering lab and maintaining lab materials/inventory
- Ordering components and materials for prototype and assembly fixturing or any general repair needed within the confines of the electronics and related laboratory equipment.
- Recommend improvements to processes, technology, and interfaces that improve the effectiveness of the team
- Create and update lab procedures, read schematics, troubleshoot and use electronic test equipment
- Build cabling, test fixtures, and some soldering/de-soldering is involved as well
**Requirements**:
- Electronic Technician/Technologist diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years in related service industry or lab environment
- Great critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to operate under pressure of deadlines, and ability to switch focus to work to repair rushed items
- Proficient with MS excel, and Jira
- Ability to use Ki-cad, SolidWorks or similar schematic capturing and 3D software
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, bill of materials and SMD components.
- Experience with electronic test equipment including multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope, and function generator
