The Global Recruitment Manager is a key role in the function, working to attract best talent for our Global business functions situated in 10+ countries. The role will report to the Global Recruitment Director, working closely with functional leads, as well as regional talent leaders within Dentons.

**Requirements**:
**Primary Responsibilities**

The primary goal is to support Global Business functions in identifying and hiring the right people in the right place at the right time and cost. The Global Business functions include: Technology, Finance, Risk and Compliance, Clients and Markets, Brand and Communications, Innovation and People. Key responsibilities include:

- Partner with functional leaders to clarify the resource requirements for global roles
- Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Understand and deliver to our key hiring locations (Canada, Ireland, Poland, South Africa, UK and US)
- Work with the business in creating effective job descriptions and use multiple innovative channels to attract the right talent.
- Keep across external initiatives, market trends and routes to market, bringing the learnings into your day to day activity

**About You**

The person stepping into this role will have:

- Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience for entry to executive level roles
- Added advantage if you have experience recruiting across multiple countries
- Experience with behavioral interview techniques
- Experience working with multiple recruitment and sourcing systems
- Proven project management skills
- Experience with influencing and engaging stakeholders, including building and managing relationships within a diverse global firm
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands
- Someone who is comfortable with working autonomously and on a predominantly remote basis.
