**Responsibilities**:
As a Sub-Contractor/Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:

- **Timely and Accurate Deliveries**: Picking up packages from designated locations and delivering them to various addresses within the Montreal area, adhering to established timelines and routes.
- **Route Optimization**: Planning and executing efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery targets.
- **Package Handling**: Safely loading, unloading, and securing packages to prevent damage during transit.
- **Customer Service**: Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers during deliveries.
- **Documentation**: Accurately completing all necessary delivery documentation, including proof of delivery and any incident reports.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensuring your own vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order for daily deliveries.
- **Compliance**: Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- **Communication**: Maintaining open and clear communication with M.P. Group dispatch and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Ownership of a reliable, well-maintained vehicle suitable for package delivery (e.g., car, van, SUV).
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various weights and sizes (up to XX lbs - _consider adding a specific weight if relevant_).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Montreal and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior delivery experience is an asset but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Canada.
