Roll Off

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate roll-off trucks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload containers at designated sites, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick-ups, and any incidents that occur during operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record is required.
- Experience in commercial driving or heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus, enabling you to perform minor repairs when necessary.
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and forklift operation is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
