- Coordinate the transfer of the visiting team's equipment to and from the airport, practice facility, and game arena.
- Collaborate with the Head Equipment Manager to plan and execute efficient equipment transfers.
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the visiting team's locker room, including equipment storage, laundry, and general maintenance.
- Provide assistance in maintaining the home locker room, including equipment inventory, laundry, repairs, sharpening skate blades, sewing, general maintenance and stocking of locker room supplies.
- Assist the home team with their equipment needs once the visiting team's responsibilities are completed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling equipment and operating equipment transfer vehicles.
- Collaborate with other members of the equipment staff to ensure smooth operations and support ongoing long-term projects.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years experience in equipment management or a similar role for a professional hockey organization (i.e. NHL, AHL, OHL, etc) is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and visiting team staff as well as various departments and staff at all facilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the club’s schedule.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (100+ pounds), as well as the willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must have driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Availability and willingness to travel with the team as required.
- Additional relevant certifications or training in equipment management is a plus.
