**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial or residential spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks effectively
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure safety and functionality of the environment
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any special requests or concerns
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing

**Qualifications**
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering quality results
- Reliable transportation may be required depending on the work location

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
