Caregiver for Elderly Person

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **Caregiver for Elderly Person (Live-Out)** to provide personal care and daily assistance to an elderly individual in a private home setting. The caregiver will support the client’s comfort, safety, and independence.

**Main Duties**
- Assist client with walking and movement within the home
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Provide medication reminders (no medical administration)
- Perform light housekeeping related to care (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
- Monitor client’s condition and report changes to family
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Accompany client to appointments or on short walks if required

**Employment Requirements**
- Completion of secondary school
- 1 year Experience in elderly care or home support is required
- Caregiver training or related certification is an asset
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken and understood)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to work independently

**Work Conditions**
- **Live-out position** (caregiver will not reside in the employer’s home)
- Repetitive tasks

Pay: $21.00 per hour
