Do you love helping others, working on a team, and staying active at work? If so, Healthcare Solutions invites you to join our team as a **full-time Large Equipment Installer.**In this position you’ll play a key role in building customer loyalty and referrals while providing white-glove delivery of products that improve customers’ lives.

**What you'll do**:
**Safe Delivery and Installation**:

- Work with a team to deliver lift chairs, hospital and leisure beds, and power mobility products to customer residences and healthcare facilities.
- Safely load/unload and move heavy products between your van and the final location through careful planning, communication, and ergonomic material handling skills.
- Use small hand and power tools to properly assemble/disassemble products on site, check for full functionality, and make any adjustments required for the customer.

**Customer-focused Service**:

- Use your people-skills to create a positive customer experience from start to finish demonstrating care for the customer, their property, and the product they’ve invested in.
- Provide white-glove delivery experience by ensuring the customer knows how to safely operate the product and that the delivery site is spotless before you leave.

**Route Planning and Documentation**:

- Optimize your route, update order statuses and notes, and create proof-of-delivery records using delivery software.
- Complete required paper records and document delivery challenges.

**Vehicle Operation and Maintenan**ce**:

- Operate, maintain, and load/unload a Class 5 vehicle (sprinter van for customer deliveries and cube van for inter-store transfers).
- Drive with courtesy and follow all traffic laws when representing us on the road in the greater Edmonton area and during the occasional longer day trip out of town.

**Product Expertise**:

- Develop product knowledge to accurately pick and prepare products/components for delivery, troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, and share what you've learned with others.
- Learn about our other product lines and services, including other mobility aids and daily living solutions to grow in your role.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Skills & Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Ukrainian is an asset).
- Practical experience safely moving and installing heavy furniture or equipment (lifting up to 75lbs and more with assistance, pushing/pulling up to 100lbs and more with assistance).
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of carpentry or similar trades.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with and ability to learn new technology.
