Spa Coordinator

This role is perfect for someone who loves the spa industry and enjoys helping others. This is a **part-time/casual position**, ideal for someone available to work **1-2 shifts per week**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Coordination**: Manage appointment scheduling, greet guests warmly, and assist with any inquiries to ensure a seamless spa experience.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to clients by providing information about our services, promoting products, and handling client check-ins and check-outs.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate closely with our estheticians and therapists, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our range of products to effectively answer guest questions and recommend products.
- **Spa Environment Maintenance**: Help maintain a clean, serene, and welcoming environment by keeping common areas and workspaces tidy and organized while also assisting with laundry.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A genuine interest in wellness and a commitment to exceptional service.
