Server/bartender/host/hostess

_Server and Bartender - Hiring for our 2025 season - Start ASAP - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SUMMER / FALL /WINTER _

Long Point Eco-Adventures is seeking enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable individuals to join our team. Server/Bartenders will join our kitchen staff to serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering for our guests, as well as bartend during lunch and dinner service.

The successful applicant will possess a positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills and will need to be prompt and reliable. A high level of initiative to work as a team is essential to being a Long Point Eco-Adventures employee.

Server/Bartender responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Greet all guests and seat them for breakfast and/or lunch
- Take guests orders and input on the POS system
- Responsibly serve food and beverages to guests
- Perform opening, closing and cleaning tasks as instructed
- Answer, report and follow up with Food and Beverage Manager
- Receive feedback from guests in a positive manner
- Maintain a positive attitude towards other kitchen staff and customers
- Use positive, open and appropriate communication with all staff members
- Act as an ambassador for Long Point Eco-Adventures both on and off site
- Perform other duties as requested

- Knowledge of menu, activities and amenities we offer
- Working in a team environment with other employees
- Very customer oriented - any applicants who are interested in serving must be 'smart serve' certified

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
