Customer Service/sales Associate

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits by sharing your wine expertise.
- Assist by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized merchandising display to attract customers and promote products effectively.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and inventory management.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
- be willing to cross-train in the production area of our vinting premise
- must be able to lift 25 kg
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
