**Job Type**: Full-Time
We’re currently seeking a dependable and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician & Building Superintendent for an office building. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining the property.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the building’s systems
- Operate and maintain power tools and other maintenance equipment safely
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Oversee contractors and service providers when needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Ensure building cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Maintain logs, reports, and communicate regularly with property management

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Skilled in using powered tools and general maintenance equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Basic knowledge of building systems: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and blueprints
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a superintendent or maintenance technician in a commercial setting
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
