We have openings for Journeyperson and apprentice opportunities. Looking to start or continue with the electrical industry this is the right path for you.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Learn to read and interpret drawings
- Assist with the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all electrical codes and regulations
- Organize material and equipment required for the projects
- Working with new and existing services, repairs and upgrades
- Low-Voltage, lighting and branch circuits
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues

Qualifications:

- Ability to problem solve, make decisions and use critical thinking skills
- Strong interest in the electrical field and a desire to continue learning
- Ability to work well alone and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Good communication skills and attention to detail, verbally and written in English

Credentials (Certificates, Licences, Memberships, Courses, Etc.):

- 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
- Electrical Trade Certification (Journeyperson)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License (Valid)
- Criminal Record clearance check (when required)
- Own your own cell phone
- Supply your own tools, steel-toes safety boots

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 8 hour shifts
- 10 hour shifts
- Full-time, permanent
- Ability at times for overtime

Apprentice wages are proportionate wages dependent upon their apprentice level and trade time hours.

As an Apprentice Electrician, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced electricians while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Pay: $16.00-$41.50 per hour
