**OUR COMPANY**

Vino Rosso restaurant is a fine dining Italian restaurant situated in Ville Saint-Laurent for the past 20 years. The restaurant is opened Tuesday to Friday 11am-10pm & Saturdays 4pm to 11pm.

**PART-TIME SERVER**

We are looking for a server who can work full time. The schedule would be Tuesday from 11am-11pm, Wednesday from 11am-11pm, Friday 4pm-12am, Saturday 4-12am (this is an example, it could vary per week)

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Develop & maintain knowledge of fine Italian cuisine plates
- Good knowledge of wines
- Make cocktails & alcoholic drinks
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

**ESSENTIAL CORE COMPETENCIES**
- Experience in the restaurant business
- Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the clients
- Must be able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Knowledge of Maitre D system is an asset

**EXPERIENCE - EDUCATION**
- Italian restaurant experience is an asset
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a waiter

Le restaurant Vino Rosso est un restaurant italien de fine cuisine situé à Ville Saint-Laurent depuis 20 ans. Le restaurant est ouvert du mardi au vendredi de 11h à 22h et le samedi de 16h à 23h.

**SERVEUR À TEMPS PARTIEL**

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un serveur qui peut travailler à temps plein. L'horaire serait le mardi de 11h à 23h, le mercredi de 11h à 23h, le vendredi de 16h à 12h, le samedi de 16h à 12h (ceci est un exemple, il peut varier par semaine).

**FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES DU POSTE**
- Développer et maintenir la connaissance des plats de la fine cuisine italienne
- Prendre les commandes et servir les plats
- Bonne connaissance des vins
- Préparer des cocktails et des boissons alcoolisées
- S'assurer que les règles de santé et de sécurité sont respectées

**COMPÉTENCES ESSENTIELLES**
- Expérience dans le domaine de la restauration
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations durables avec les clients
- Capacité à faire preuve de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Maintenir une apparence professionnelle et donner une image positive de l'entreprise aux clients.
- Doit être en mesure de travailler sous pression et de gérer des situations stressantes pendant les périodes de pointe.
- Bilingue (anglais et français)
- La connaissance du système Maitre D est un atout

**EXPÉRIENCE - FORMATION**
- Expérience dans un restaurant italien est un atout
- Doit avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que serveur.
