**REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS**:

- MINIMUM Level 1 CWB Inspector Certification
- Experience with structural codes (CSA W59) and structural welding (CWB) considered an asset
- 1-3 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Inspection, NDT or Quality Assurance
- A commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- A thirst for knowledge and eagerness to learn new skills;
- A basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Propensity to think outside the box and effectively solve problems;
- Effective communication skills;
- Capacity to think on one’s feet and adapt to changing situations;
- Skilled in working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and prioritizing workload;
- Proficient in gathering data, compiling information, and preparing reports;
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of safety rules and regulations relating to fabrication inspections, training, and risk hazards
- Willingness to travel
