**Your commitment to us**:
As a Subprime Finance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers obtain financing solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- New and Pre-Owned vehicle financing, selling of warranties, insurances, vehicle protection and other available products
- Utilizing your expertise in subprime lending to assist customers with less-than-perfect credit in securing financing
- Establishing and maintaining strong and professional working relationships with finance companies, banks, manufacture financing center and suppliers
- Collaborating effectively with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Completion of all documents, contracts and any related paperwork for delivery, funding and payment along with scheduling vehicles for delivery
- Work in strict compliance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada including, but not limited to, Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC), the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) and the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
- Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index rating on sales, delivery and follow up
- Establish and maintain a cooperative and professional relationship with sales management and staff

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in automotive finance, with a focus on subprime lending
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles and regulations
- Go-getter attitude who looks for opportunities to connect with customers and follows through
- Energetic, enthusiastic, positive, hard-working and a confident individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English grammar and spelling close to perfect
- High organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere, strong work ethic and outstanding attitude and aptitude.
- OMVIC certified
- Ability to work retail hours
