We are looking for a Marketing Campaign & Event Specialist with HubSpot expertise to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement. In this role, you will design and execute high-impact, performance-driven campaigns, leveraging marketing automation, event planning, and trade show coordination to generate meaningful business opportunities. **What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Marketing Campaign Management (HubSpot Focused)**:

- **Sales and Marketing Alignment**: Collaborate with the sales team to align on target industries, accounts, messaging, and strategies to ensure marketing initiatives drive leads and conversions.
- **HubSpot CRM & Automation Management**:

- _Maintain and improve HubSpot Marketing Hub._
- _Build and manage active and static lists through segmentation strategies._
- _Design and optimize HubSpot workflows and sequences._
- _Create and manage campaign-specific dashboards to track key performance metrics._
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, campaign ROI, and engagement rates, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
- **Personalization & Segmentation**: Use HubSpot’s segmentation and automation features to deliver personalized content and messaging based on audience behavior.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with product teams to create high-quality marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, sell-sheets, short-form videos, and social media content.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Test new campaigns, strategies, and emerging HubSpot features to enhance lead nurturing and client engagement.

**Tradeshow & Event Coordination**:
**Event Planning & Management**: Work with sales and marketing teams to identify, plan, and execute trade shows and conferences.

**Logistics & Coordination**:

- Manage event planning, budgeting and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate booth setup and teardown with the sales team, promotional materials, signage, shipping, and travel arrangements. Oversee onsite event support, ensuring seamless execution.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Lead Generation, or Marketing Campaign Management.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, automation, workflows, reporting).
- 1-2 years of experience in physical and virtual event (tradeshow/webinar) planning and coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle marketing, and HubSpot automation best practices.
- Experience analyzing data and segmentation strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to travel for some physical events (3-5 per year in Canada and potentially in the US)
