**About Us**:
Lake Ridge Landscaping Ltd, is a well-established landscaping company, specializing in high-quality landscape construction. We are currently seeking an experienced landscape supervisor to join our team and lead landscape projects from start to finish. If you have a passion for landscaping and experience in managing crews, we want to hear from you

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and Lead Crew**: Oversee a crew of landscapers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project requirements.
- **Landscape Construction Projects**: Organize and manage landscape construction projects, including grading, planting, hardscaping, and other outdoor installations.
- **Machine Operation**: Operate dump trucks, trailers, loaders, and excavators as needed for landscape job sites.
- **Interpret Drawings**: Read and interpret landscape construction drawings and plans to ensure accurate execution of the project.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and meets the company's specifications.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in landscape construction.
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a crew in a landscape construction setting.
- Hands-on experience operating dump trucks, towing trailers, and using loaders and excavators.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction processes and techniques.
- Ability to read landscape construction drawings and implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
