ASL Distribution Services Limited is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.

**HOURS OF WORK**: 8am to 5pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze client orders in a timely fashion;
- Answering customer calls
- Investigating inquiries
- Providing solutions to customer issues

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service is required (at least 2 years);
- Goal oriented, with a strong desire to achieve results;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc);
- Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot through problems/issues and perform tasks in a cohesive manner;
- Overtime may be required during peak times
- Detail oriented and excellent organization and planning skills;
*2 month contract with possibility for extension*
- Please note that you will be required to register with one of our temporary agencies.
