**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities within designated areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, conducting investigations as necessary and reporting findings to management.
- Enforce regulations and rules governing the conduct of individuals on the property.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required during incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for future reference.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries or concerns from clients and visitors.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is a plus.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and law enforcement personnel.
Pay: $18.50-$22.32 per hour
