**Responsibilities**:
- Building wireless sites on rooftops, lattice towers, guyed towers, and monopoles
- Installation/removal of telecommunications mounting structures, equipment, antennas, DC and fiber trunks, cable trays, and associated hardware.
- Utilize winches, capstan, and related hardware to move loads as required.
- Testing of DC and Fiber trunks/cables, identifying faults, and generating test results reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues with wireless networks.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 year rigging experience in the telecommunication industry; climbing at heights of 100 meters (330 feet)
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Proven understanding of and experience with telecommunications equipment, cables and hardware.
- Coax and Fiber testing, installation of RRUs and Antennas, Coax termination, DC powerlines, troubleshooting experience - Asset.
- Working knowledge in fall protection practice and procedures and tower rescue techniques.
- General construction experience - Asset
- Experience in rope access work, climbing tickets - Asset
- Willingness/availability to work overtime and/or weekends and travel out of town
