This position will allow you to help shape Soucy's future by leading innovative initiatives and playing a crucial role in our company's growth and success.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

- Collaborate and engage the team in the implementation of innovative strategies in supplier management
- Establish work standards and performance indicators for the team
- Foster the development and full potential of his/her team
- Implement best practices in procurement in the manufacturing industry
- Define and implement improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency (processes & technologies)
- Act as a specialist on more strategic files
- Manage complex files and critical projects related to the organization's objectives

**With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role**:

- Bachelor's degree in GOP or administration combined with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bilingualism
- Good work organization and priority management skills
- Experience in an MRP environment
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop new suppliers
- Knowledge of customs compliance (an asset)
- Strong skills with the use of an ERP (Syteline) (an asset)
- Knowledge of Lean Logistic (Kanban, supermarket, etc.) (an asset)
