Join our Warehouse team in Kitchener, ON Now hiring a Temporary FULL-TIME Inventory Control Associate for one of Canada's Best Managed Companies on the day shift

**Shift**: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm - approximately 6 months in duration

**What you'll do**:

- Update and send “distressed inventory report”
- Daily maintain all “qc” areas assessing products for reclamation, re-stock, disposal, donation, salvage, supplier return, etc.
- Daily communicate (pictures) reclamation and supplier related items to purchasing for processing.
- Daily stock pulls and checks as required.
- Weekly assemble product for salvage, donation, and disposal.
- Weekly work with salvage/donation partners to arrange pick up of goods.
- Weekly send reclamation reports to purchasing team.
- Process inventory adjustments as required using extreme accuracy to ensure appropriate codes are used.
- Lend support processing customer returns as time permits and as required.
- Handling of returns and adjustments.
- Daily fresh-to-frozen stock transfers
- Provide backup as required to other inventory control functions.

**What we need**:

- Experience in all areas of warehousing - receiving, order selection, put-away, replenishment and to safely operate a Raymond End Rider/Reach Truck/Order Picker;
- Good working knowledge of FWS Applications;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Flanagan Forms Applications (preferred);
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and sound math skills;
- A good attitude, and a Team Player with respect for co-workers and customers;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to occasional lift up to 85lbs and repetitive lifting on a regular basis
- Must be able to work in a multi-temperature environment regularly throughout the day including freezer (Temp. -20F);
- Ability to effectively problem solve and think strategically

**Hourly Rate**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
