**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and dental assistants, to maintain high levels of performance.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records for all patients.
- Implement and manage office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the practice.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure quality patient care and effective communication within the team.
- Handle human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and patients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar role within a dental office setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records systems.
- Familiarity with ClearDent software is highly desirable.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
