**What You’ll Do**:

- **Engage with Customers**: Welcome guests to the dealership, listen to their needs, and guide them to the perfect Ford vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget.
- **Provide Expert Guidance**: Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently, ensuring customers feel informed and empowered.
- **Build Lasting Relationships**: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with the Sales Manager and fellow consultants to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- **Stay Knowledgeable**: Continuously update your knowledge of Ford’s latest models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- **Attitude**: A positive, can-do approach with a genuine desire to help customers.
- **Drive**: Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Qualifications**: A valid driver’s license and familiarity with automotive financing.
