**Responsibilities**
- Execute timely and precise transplanting of live plant material
- Engage in the physically demanding task of watering plants, requiring strength and endurance
- Accurately label and tag transplanted materials for streamlined organization
- Maintain a workspace that is consistently organized and tidy
- Groom plants to enhance their visual appeal
- Fulfill any additional duties as required by the team
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and healthy work environment

**Requirements**:

- Maintain a flexible schedule, including days and weekends
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment
- Capability to perform repetitive movements efficiently
- Capable of bending, lifting, carrying, and moving plant material with ease
- Endure standing for extended periods in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to handle heavy loads with ease
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to error prevention
- Efficient multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Adaptability to work in challenging environments, including extreme heat, hot and humid conditions
- Additional responsibilities as delegated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
