**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a volunteer science writer to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to:

**Your Responsibilities**
- Research and compose informative, reader-friendly articles for a general audience
- Assist in interviewing researchers and medical experts when necessary
- Collaborate with our editorial team to ensure articles are accurate and engaging
- Meet deadlines

**Essential Qualifications**
- An educational background in biological sciences, medicine, or a related field. Minimum qualification BSc/BA (hons), MSc or above preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to distill complex scientific information into clear language
- Passion for making science accessible to the public
