**The Opportunity**:
We’re seeking a **highly skilled Maximo/MAS Technical Consultant** to join our team. At FAHM, your expertise will shape how clients leverage Maximo/MAS for asset management, integrations, and system design. This role is ideal for a technical problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Development**: Configure, customize, and develop within the Maximo/MAS ecosystem (workflows, automation scripts, UI customizations).
- **Integration Expertise**: Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, MIF, MBOs, and other tools to connect Maximo with enterprise systems.
- **Client Collaboration**: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- **Technical Leadership**: Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades/patches, and mentor junior team members.
- **Business Development Support**: Create demos, contribute to proposals, and present solutions to prospective clients.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven Experience**: 3+ years of hands-on technical work with Maximo/MAS (configurations, integrations, customization).
- **Technical Mastery**:

- Advanced skills in Automation Scripts, Application Designer, and Workflow Designer.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and database management.
- Experience with Maximo upgrades, data migration, and performance optimization.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
- **Communication**: Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Bonus Assets**: Maximo certifications or experience in presales/demo environments.
