We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking**Tire & Lube Technician / Shop Helper* to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and wants to grow in the automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes and tire mounting/balancing/rotations
- Detail customer vehicles as needed
- Assist technicians as needed with service tasks
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe by managing tools, equipment, and work areas
- Maintain shop supplies and assist with parts runs when required
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment

**Qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy tires/equipment and work in a physically active environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians
