**CONTROLLER** Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer the Controller will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the Eurorite division and the preparation of financial statements while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of accounting data. **Responsibilities** As Controller, you will have the following role: - Responsible for month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis, analysis of variances; - Revision of annual and monthly financial statements; - Manage accounting department operations, including accounts payable, billings & collections, etc; - Manage the production of the monthly reports of the annual budget and forecasts; - Preparation of various tax reports; - Production of different reports for management - Support management with special projects; - Establish internal controls; - Participate in the implementation of a new accounting system; - Collaborate with executive and accounting teams in the different divisions. **Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree or certificate in accounting; - CPA designation or in the process of being obtained; - 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; - Experience with an "ERP", preferably SAP, Business One, a considerable asset; - Experience in a manufacturing environment; - Resourceful; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel software; - Very good analytical skills, good judgment and detail oriented; - Organized, respect of deadlines and management of priorities. **Remuneration & Benefits** - Competitive salary based on experience; - Fast-growing company; - Full range of benefits, including group insurance; - Positive and dynamic work environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Pitt Meadows, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: One location
