Job Description: Versaterm Events Manager | CC-OT-0928-22

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all Versaterm Public Safety events from strategy to planning through execution
- Identify key events, maintain pre
- and post-show communication, and secure speaking opportunities
- Coordinate the production of event communications, promotions, and media requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for details and logistics related to events
- Develop, maintain, and recommend events budget requirements
- Collaborate with key decision makers and account holders
- Work with the in-house designer to ensure the event display accurately represents the Versaterm Public Safety brand
- Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory, including collateral and giveaways
- Spearhead the development and enhancement of event team processes and guidelines
- Maintain professional relationships with all internal and external event stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education or certificate in Hospitality or Event Management preferred
- 5+ years of Event experience - specifically organizing event logistics from conception, planning, through to execution
- Critical eye for the smallest of details and knowledge of the key factors to successful event management
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with an ability to prioritize multiple deliverables at a time
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder and customer expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of working independently as well as part of a team
