Job Title: Production Assistant Planner

Role Overview:
The Production Documents Assistant Planner supports the documentation and planning processes within the chemical manufacturing site, ensuring that all production records, batch documentation, and compliance reports are accurately maintained. This role plays a critical part in production scheduling, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, working closely with production, quality control, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Document Control & Compliance:

- Prepare, review, and maintain production batch records, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, OSHA, etc.).
- Assist in audits by maintaining accurate and up-to-date production records.

Production Planning & Scheduling Support:

- Assist in creating production schedules based on material availability, demand forecasts, and operational capacity.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.

Data Entry & Reporting:

- Input and track production data, yields, and batch traceability in ERP or documentation systems.
- Generate weekly and monthly production reports for management review.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with Quality Control, R&D, and Operations to ensure proper documentation flow.
- Communicate any discrepancies or missing documentation to relevant departments for resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Experience in documentation, planning, or administrative support in a manufacturing or chemical industry environment.
✔ Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or regulatory compliance in chemical production (preferred).
✔ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
✔ Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and documentation management software.
✔ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Aperçu du Poste:
L’Assistant Planificateur de Documents de Production soutient les processus de documentation et de planification au sein du site de fabrication chimique, en garantissant que tous les dossiers de production, documents de lot et rapports de conformité sont correctement tenus à jour. Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la planification de la production, le respect des réglementations et l’assurance qualité, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes production, contrôle qualité et conformité réglementaire pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.

Principales Responsabilités:
Gestion des Documents & Conformité:

- Préparer, vérifier et tenir à jour les dossiers de lot, ordres de fabrication et procédures opérationnelles standard (SOPs).
- S’assurer que la documentation est conforme aux normes réglementaires (BPF, ISO, OSHA, etc.).
- Assister lors des audits en garantissant la fiabilité et l’exactitude des enregistrements de production.

Support à la Planification & à l’Ordonnancement de la Production:

- Aider à l’élaboration des plannings de production en fonction de la disponibilité des matières premières, des prévisions de demande et des capacités opérationnelles.
- Coordonner avec les équipes logistique, approvisionnement et production pour assurer la disponibilité des matières premières et des emballages dans les délais impartis.

Saisie de Données & Rapports:

- Saisir et suivre les données de production, rendements et traçabilité des lots dans l’ERP ou les systèmes de gestion documentaire.
- Générer des rapports de production hebdomadaires et mensuels à destination de la direction.
