Moore Packaging Corporation is the largest independent non-integrated corrugated packaging plant. Located in Barrie, Ontario for over 40 years, we are an ever growing and ever changing company, focused on providing quality corrugated products, point of purchase displays, folding cartons, wood pallets and crates.

**The Position**

We are currently looking for Machine Operators to join our Corrugating Production Team. This position is unionized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain machines used in the production process
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Provide training to others as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed

**Shift Information**:
In accordance with the Collective Agreement, this position currently works 10 hour shifts 4 days per week, Monday - Friday. The day off each week will vary.

Shifts rotate weekly between day shift (5:00am - 3:00pm) and afternoon (3:00pm - 1:00am)

Pay increases after 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months.

Shift premiums also apply.

- Work is in an industrial environment; depending on the area you work in, conditions may be hot, cold, dirty, dusty, wet, or noisy

Pay: $23.33-$25.57 per hour
