Working with other team leaders you will ensure the structured and coordinated planning of your team's development. Your technical background will ensure you can offer the guidance required being able to assist developers at code level.

**You Will**:

- Be line management and support personal development of a team of accomplished developers
- Manage the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to Production
- Contribute to the technical solution from design through to code level
- Work with Development Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
- Provide regular progress updates to and work with Head of Development and Project Managers to ensure the management of any delivery issues
- Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress
- Contribute to post implementation reviews demonstrating success or otherwise of projects
- Support project resource scheduling and department capacity planning
- Contribution to the definition of departmental and systems strategies and progression of any allocated goals
- Work on multiple projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and processes

**You Have**:

- 2+ years experience working as a team leader, having experience in formal personal development planning and individual, team and process performance management,
- Expert with working in an Agile and DevOps environment
- Experience developing solutions for AWS architecture, both in hosting and using available Services.
- Experience to lead L3 Support activities to address urgent Production issues when needed
- Experience managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment
- Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches
