**About the Guest Service Manager Role**:

- Full-time salaried, entry level hospitality management position
- Responsible to oversee daily opening procedures ensuring each day is set for success
- Operate lunch shifts with excellence, focusing on increasing in lunch sales week over week, year over year.
- Oversee the Front of House team fulfilling steps of service and all side-work both before & after service.
- Assistist Guests & handling any concerns during the shift with Hospitality from the Heart.
- Hire, train, mentor and schedule (weekly) Host team
- Monitor daily cleanliness of restaurant, attacking any cleaning & repair concerns with urgency
- Manage reservation book including facilitating the planning & set up of large group events
- Assist in managing costs related to service - Front of House Labour, Uniform Inventory, Paper Goods/Office Supplies (to name a few)

**Guest Service Manager Earnings & Perks**:

- $45,000 - $50,000 annual salary

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
