**Your role**:
As a tutor and mentor with **Scholars Burlington South**, you’ll provide individualized academic support to elementary and middle school students in **Reading** and **Math** (with **French** as a bonus). You’ll help students achieve real-life results by following and adapting their personalized **Goal Sheets**, our benchmark for success.
- **Instruct students on an as-needed basis.** Scholars will provide lesson plans for students up to grade 8. —mínimal prep time needed.
- **Track and report student progress** accurately, ensuring consistent feedback to both the students and parents
- **Achieve success for each student** by adapting to their needs, following our goal-setting framework, and providing feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- **Attend training workshops** to stay updated on new tutoring strategies and methods.
- **Complete administrative tasks** when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching elementary school children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in French to support bilingual education
- Previous experience in tutoring to provide additional academic support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office for lesson planning and administrative tasks
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic classroom setting
