Front Desk Agent- Full Time

Duties include: welcoming guests to the hotel, check in, check outs, managing guest requests and issues, making reservations, to verifying transactions, and other duties as assigned. Front Desk Agent plays an integral part in making sure the customer service experience exceeds our guests’ expectations.
You will also need to be able to multi-task and work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and computer skills are a must and prior knowledge of the hotel industry will help you in the role. This position will require you to work alone at times and require you to be on your feet a lot of the time.
Full Time Hours: 32-40 hours per week (including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, opportunity for overnight shifts).
Shifts are: 7am-3pm (day), 3pm-11pm (evening), 11pm-7am (overnight, not required)
