**Job Overview**:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate for our Auto Body Shop, you will be a crucial part of our operations, responsible for managing the intake of customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all client requests are processed accurately and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring that all necessary details are captured, including service type, vehicle information, and customer contact details.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, orders, and services provided. Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and accessible.

Work closely with the parts department to ensure that all necessary parts are available for scheduled jobs.

Work closely with technicians and management to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.17-$26.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
