about the team
Global Finance Shared Services Team processes payments for lululemon and supports the business with invoice related inquiries. The objectives of the Global Shared Services here would be to provide seamless customer service for all manual payment invoices for North America, EMEA and APAC. Ensure proper processes are followed and controls laid for invoices being paid as well as responding to queries and rush requests.

a day in the life
- Manage and process all manual payments submitted via Coupa and Service Now.
- Review and process the unpaid manual payment report from Oracle EBS
- Enter payments on the banking platform for approval.
- Handle payment status and confirmation Service Now tickets.
- Process multi line upload invoices.
- Posting month end journal entries.
- Year to date and monthly Manual Payment report

qualifications
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience - processing invoices, processing payments, proficiency with AP principals/processes, processing POs/PO Backed invoices
- ERP experience. Oracle, Coupa, ServiceNow experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills - written/spoken.
- Experience with multi-currency invoices.
- Experience in Shared services.
- A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferred.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
