The **Ullivik Centre for Services and Accommodation**, part of the **Inuulitsivik Health and Social Services Centre (CSI)**, is currently seeking a **Community Services Manager** for its Dorval facilities.

**Ullivik** means “A place to stay or wait.” Its mission is to host Inuit individuals who need healthcare services at participating Montreal hospitals. Conveniently located near Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, the beautifully designed four-story complex includes **91 rooms and 143 beds**, ensuring the comfort and well-being of Inuit users. It offers relaxation areas, family meeting rooms, and a cafeteria.

**Salary**:

- Between **$84,351 and $109,655 annually** based on experience

- Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership and Management**:

- Provide **strong leadership** to the community services teams, fostering a positive work environment.

- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, offering guidance and feedback as needed.
- Collaborate with other department heads and executives to meet organizational goals.

- Oversee operations, including **community work**, **spiritual services**, and **interpreter services**.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective processes and systems.
- Conduct annual evaluations for all supervised employees, offering valuable feedback and performance reviews.

- Communication**:

- Use radio or other means to communicate with Ullivik clients, informing them of services available.
- Support Ullivik clients with their needs during their stay.

**Community Services Manager - Dorval - Inuktitut
- Customer Service**:

- Maintain and manage the **non-eligibility list**.
- Communicate with non-eligible clients and provide support as needed.
- Organize community functions to identify client needs and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with community members to prioritize initiatives and services according to the Inuulitsivik Health Centre's guidelines.

- Requirements**

**Educational Requirements**:

- College diploma in a relevant field.
- A university degree in a relevant discipline is an asset.

**Other Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Inuktitut (spoken and written)** is mandatory.
- **English (spoken and written)** is an asset.
- **French (spoken and written)** is an asset.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft Office** and **Outlook software**.
