As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include calling leads, building rapport, scheduling property viewings, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Your ultimate goal is to generate business for our brokerage by building relationships with potential clients. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

- Representing clients in the buying and selling of luxury properties throughout the National Capital Region.
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on trends and developments in the luxury real estate market.
- Networking and prospecting for potential clients and properties.
- Conducting property viewings and showings with clients.
- Preparing and negotiating offers and purchase agreements.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure client needs are met and transactions run smoothly.

The following requirements are necessary for this position:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate sales agent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding sales goals.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
