The Construction Manager will work with multiple teams and stakeholders, overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. In this role, they will work to ensure that the projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to client specifications.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed project plans and timelines that outline key milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders, contractors, and vendors, serving as the main point of contact to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Oversee and lead construction teams - assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Monitor construction activities, ensuring they are performed in accordance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments - identifying and developing strategies to reduce risks
- Prepare and present reports on the status of the construction activities.
- Ensuring all necessary permits are obtained and inspections are scheduled and completed.
- Oversee final inspection and hand over to client ensuring all documents are provided.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Supervisor leading or monitoring electrical installations.
- Preferred minimum 5 years related electrical and industrial experience (electrical quality) including; Electrical cabling installations, generator set-up transformer and station transformer installation. Switch gear installation ect.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience working hand in hand with engineers/construction.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years experience within power plant or industrial facility construction and maintenance projects.
- Experience with construction safety including first aid.
- Confined Space.
- Fall protection.
- Lock out tag out.
- Previous experience in a variety of generating station types, including coal-fired, gas-fired, hydroelectric, and wind.
